Cloam Cottage forms the Annexe of the main farmhouse at Collacott which will comfortably sleep a family of four. With its high ceilings and farmhouse rustic charm, it has views over Kings Nympton village and the surrounding fields. There is a pretty private garden with patio furniture and a barbeque. One small pet allowed.

Downstairs

There is a entrance porch and small hallway leading to the living/dining room with a spectacular inglenook fireplace with a large wood-burning stove. There are two two seater sofas as well as a dining table for up to six people. Also off the hallway is the door to the large kitchen which is fully fitted with a electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer and built in cupboards. Please note that the beams in the kitchen are quite low.

Upstairs

The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with a five foot double bed, a smaller room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
