Cloam cottage is one of the Collacott Farm Cottages In Devon. It forms the Annexe of the main farmhouse at Collacott which will comfortably sleep a family of four. With its high ceilings and North Devon farm cottage charm, it has views over Kings Nympton village and the surrounding fields. There is a pretty private garden with patio furniture and a barbeque. One small pet allowed. We believe this is one of the most charming self catering farm cottages in North Devon.

Downstairs

There is a entrance porch and small hallway leading to the living/dining room with a spectacular inglenook fireplace with a large wood-burning stove. There are two two seater sofas as well as a dining table for up to six people. Also off the hallway is the door to the large kitchen which is fully fitted with a electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer and built in cupboards. Please note that the beams in the kitchen are quite low.

The upstairs of this lovely farm cottage in Devon comprises of a double bedroom with a five foot double bed, a smaller room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
