Equestrian Centre

Our BHS Approved Riding School can cater for all ages and abilities on a range of well-schooled quality horses and ponies. For those who wish, we can even accommodate your own horse or pony. Claire, our resident Intermediate Instructor, is available for group or private lessons so you can learn to ride, or improve your riding skills, in the safety of our all weather arena, or hack out through the pretty Devon lanes. Swimming Pool

Open from Whitsun to the middle of September.

Set in a suntrap, the 12m x 6m heated open air pool is surrounded by an attractive landscaped and paved area for sunbathing, with patio furniture and parasols. With its two large barbecues, a swim whilst the food is cooking is a delightful way to spend an afternoon.

Tennis

Situated near the swimming pool, the tennis court with its all weather surface and practice wall is designed to meet the needs of the knockabout player to the club player. You can always find someone willing to make up a foursome, or play singles. Tennis racquets and balls are available to use. There is also a netball hoop to practice your shooting skills.

Childrens Play Area

With its Wendy house, chain bridge and low-level climber, children can spend many happy hours playing here.

Trampoline

A firm favourite with all ages, the trampoline is where the children spend many hours. With safety in mind, the trampoline has been built into the floor, so it is at ground level, and the walls have protective foam pillows. It is recommended that small children are supervised and that there is only one person at a time on the trampoline.

Games Room

The games room is well equipped with table tennis, pool table, table football and darts, (darts are kept in the main house for safety).
